Welcome to Stolen by the State

This is my newest blog designed to help empower, enlighten and inform parents who are fighting CPS for custody of their children. You are invited to share your stories, ask for help, offer advice or make requests for donations for your case. It is my goal by doing this that we can prevent CPS from removing children from their homes in the first place. We must all be willing to chip in how and where we can, be it donations of money, clothes, furniture, food, or anything else that someone might need.

If you would like, please feel free to write articles for publication relevant to CPS, foster care, drugging our children, or anything else you think is important. I will gladly post each and every one. We all have something to offer and we all have something to learn.

New laws are being passed every single day and not only do we need to read them as they are written, but we also need to see how they can be abused and misused by the family court system. We need to learn which political candidates support our cause and which ones want to give CPS more power than they already have. So if you know of any laws in your state that either helps or hurts this endeavor, please let me know.

It is also my goal for not only CPS reform or abolishment, but to also repeal the Adoption and Safe Families Act. It is being abused and misused in every state in the nation. Simply put, it states that if any child has been in the foster care system for 15 out of 22 months and it is deemed that the parents are not doing even the minimal amount of work required to regain custody of their children that they can then be placed up for adoption out of the foster care system and federal money will be given for each child adopted out of foster care. There is more incentive to terminate parental rights just so that they can be adopted. Reunification efforts now are a joke. So long as there is money to be made, adopting these children out will be their goal. Special needs children will get even more money from the federal government. This must stop! The children are the ones who are being hurt the most by this law. It is not about the children but rather about the money.
